Joined the library today to enable me to accces the web..Not knowing how to work the print system I asked for help of one of the ladies and Louise came to my aide so while I was having a bit of a meltdown,she stayed calm and helped me get what I needed .The library was literally on the verge of closing but wasn't pushed to complete what I was doing ...thank you very much

I have genuinely never felt so welcome in a public space. Elaine and Janice do their job brilliantly. I’ve never taken my children to a library because I’ve been worried about noise or upsetting others with mess etc. I have recently gotten library cards for all of my children and feel so at ease and welcome here. My children absolutely love the place, too. Thank you so much

Someone was talking loudly on their phone for about 20 mins and I was wondering if the library staff would ask him to be quite, no chance, they were just as bad .I don't mind staff talking, but I don't want to hear your conversation from the other end of the room.
