LPG were really helpful in identifying the parts needed to convert a gas hob to propane for which the instruction manual is not available at all. Also helpful in relation to connectors. They cheerfully went the extra mile.

Adrian from LPG Jets when above and beyond what I consider to be GREAT Customer Service. I live in Seattle Washington and have an AGA Stove that needed to be converted to from NG to LPG. I could not find anyone in the States that would communicate with me to answer my questions about the parts I needed - I knew what I needed but no one would take the time to work with me.Long story short Adrian and LPG Jets found my parts and sent them to me and I now have a functioning AGA Six Four Series (DC6) stove.

I was in real trouble with a Klarstein gas hob, which arrived with nozzles for bottled gas, not street piped natural gas. The hob suppliers were unable to provide a natural gas conversion kit. Fortunately Adrian was able to work out a set of nozzles to enable the conversion.
