Absolutely amazing, I have learned so much in a short space of time and changed my mindset, lifestyle, lost weight and changed my shape. The support is fantastic from the coaches and other members. Only wish I’d started sooner. Can’t recommend enough!!

Mission Nutrition Wickersley has been life changing for me, I was feeling very low physically and mentally and I was looking for someone to guide me in the right direction, get my body in good shape for the menopause as well as to lose a few pounds and thanks to my amazing coach Sarah I now feel better than I have ever felt before. ❤️

I joined 6 months ago and have lost over 24kg, feel so much better physically and emotionally. The support is amazing with advice from the coaches, Jill, Emma, Nic, Sarah and Maz . I really am grateful for the day I went for my wellness check and took the step back to health.

I came for support because I had put a bit of weight on and was starting to feel the effects of lack of sleep and menopause symptoms. I have lost my weight and have so much better energy levels now, my sleeping has improved too. The people in the club are the best bit about it, so supportive, friendly and just lovely to chat to. Would totally recommend it to anyone wanting to make changes and feel better!

Am 4 months in to my mission nutrition journey and am feeling healthier, happier and more energised. I'd put on weight due to lockdown bad eating habits and menopause. Was feeling lethargic and low in mood.I totally recommend giving it a go. The team are amazing and so supportive ❤
