Bad customer services. The scooper didn’t want to give any sample as he claimed that it was busy meanwhile it wasn’t!! The service doesn’t justify the price of 8.50 for two scoops.

Hey, I don’t have a sweet tooth at all but their dark chocolate buns are better than any other thing I’ve tasted on my life. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not making myself a sweet tooth person now but these are the things that make the difference on the high street along with the exceptional customer service and professional wrapping. If you ever go to BV don’t you dare not to try one of their delights.

I tried the apple and cinnamon bun and my husband had the chocolate donut and both were delicious! Coffee was really good too!! Staff very friendly! Highly recommended!

Loved the raspberry / yuzu doughnuts and coffee

Yummy doughnuts, cinnamon roll, and hot chocolate with oat milk, highly recommended! but unorganised and disrespectful customer service ruined it all, left here with unexpected disappointing experience. I paid £18.50 at this cute little bakery shop for 2 filling doughnuts, 1 cinnamon roll, hot chocolate with oat milk, and 1 bottle of water, for me and my partner and we were excited to try their crafts. The bakery order came out quickly, the cashier didn't communicate effectively with the barista who I nicely reminded oat milk for my hot chocolate, and in the most unwelcoming way she went you have to pay more for oat milk

I’m not a super fans of cream stuff, but this one surprisingly yummy! Will try another flavour next time.

Ice cream was really nice and scoop size was not bad for the price, would definitely go again. Hazelnut flavour
