I highly recommend the Beeches Therapy Clinic. I love that Shelley takes the time to explain both the problem and the treatment, giving me the motivation to follow through with the exercises in order to realise maximum benefit. I have had major issues with each of my shoulders but with Shelley's treatment and guidance I now have full strength and mobility in both.

I was recommended to use Shelly's services by many of my friends. I am 74 and not without problems. My first visit was very thorough and instilled confidence in her knowledge and approach. Since then I have been treated for problems with hips, feet, knees lower back, shoulder and neck. In every case Shelley has succeeded in her treatments. Her prices are very reasonable. My overall impression is of a very experienced and capable practitioner who instills great confidence in overcoming difficult problems.

Shelley also actively encourages self-help and provides detailed guidelines on how to achieve results without further treatment - a genuine and holistic approach to physiotherapy with a focus on the patient rather than profit. I've seen many therapists over the past 40 years but can honestly say Shelley is one of the very best - if not THE best.She treats in an holistic way and is generous in sharing her time, knowledge and expertise.
