Ordered a pair Sanus Stand, and they gave me a 5 days delivery time. I needed it urgently for a party we'd organised. On the 4th day I called them and they informed that these are not in the stock and will be back in stock in about 2 weeks when the order would be dispatched , there was no email sent to me informing that the product was out of stock and the money was taken without informing this.I'd to then cancel the order, to be fair that was done pretty quickly and the lady on phone also refunded the money quickly.But then I'd to pay more for buying the product again from somewhere else and also pay more for a quicker delivery. I wouldn't recommend this seller and if you still want to buy check that they actually have the products in stock before making order.

Persistently email me at work despite requests to remove my personal details. Breaching GDPR regulations is hardly a sensible approach for companies seeking to procure contracts in the public sector. Only commenting on this public space because of no response from directly contacting them. Hopefully someone in the organisation tracks their social media. Disappointing.

Ordered some RAM memory from this company via the on line shop. The system shows that they have several hundred in stock, money accepted, and an order/ invoice sent to me, then order rejected , NO STOCK, , will take a number of days to refund my money , and no word of an apology, looked again, they have hundreds of the item in stock, selling them in single or multiple groups. Will not be using them again.

We bought an item from the seller as a much needed replacement for our business. Seller sent the incorrect item despite us contacting them several times prior to our final purchase. The seller had repeatedly assured us that the supplied product would facilitate all of our requirements for the business and also confirmed that they did indeed have stock of this specific item so we placed our order in good faithThe item arrived, however this was not the item we had ordered. This almost had a catastrophic impact on our business which certainly would have been avoided had the seller supplied both the correct information and subsequent product.Upon explaining our predicament to the seller they did agree to collect the incorrect item they had supplied us, however we are yet to receive the correct replacement item or a refund.We again contacted the seller on numerous occasions firstly requesting they send the correct item as soon as possible, however as the seller neglected to even acknowledge our messages we had no other choice than to purchase the correct item from a more reputable seller.As we had now purchased the item from elsewhere we then secondly requested a full refund from the seller, however the seller again neglected to acknowledge our messages therefore we were left with no other alternative than to open a dispute with PayPal to simply recover the money we had paid for an item we had never received.Extremely disappointed doesn’t even come close to expressing our sincere dissatisfaction in this seller and the “service” they provided to us. We would strongly discourage any potential buyer to purchase items from this seller as a result of our disastrous and disgraceful customer experience.

Our company have dealt with Kingsfield Computers for a number years and have always received excellent service. Sue who was our account manager was always very knowledgeable and prompt with her response, our account is now managed by Claire who has continued with this great service and is pushing the bar even higher. I highly recommend Kingsfield for their ever so friendly and great customer service, product knowledge and fast delivery.

Advertised laptop with stock of 40+, I purchased via PayPal as was good price. Next day order cancelled due to stock. Later that day same laptop priced higher with stock of 40+. Contacted for explaination and not even the decency to reply. Gives you an impression of what your dealing with here.Update: Sent Nitesh proof of transactions and relisting over 7 days ago, no reply.

BEWARE!!! SCAMMERS!!! I bought a software which looked at reasonable price. After a week, I received an email changing the status of my order to 'ORDER REJECTED refund will follow'. However, after another month I am still waiting for my refund and after many calls (which they do not answer). I am very frustrated and totally disgusted that I am no where to see how I can get my £76 back!

Fantastic quick delivery. Order placed late one afternoon, I did not pay for next day delivery, instead I paid less for a 5 day delivery and my item arrived the next day before lunch! Item as described, easy to use website with plenty of choice, and as I say, remarkable delivery service.
