What a lovely shop owned by a lovely couple! I couldn't believe the choice available, I think all of us came out with something but I love my beautiful tennis bracelet with the gradient colours, perfect for Christmas.If I'm ever back in Ross on Wye I'll be straight in!

My husband and I live in Newport and visited Ross on wye for the first time. Blown away by the lovely friendly service from both Lesley and her husband.I was looking for a bespoke piece of jewellery, a silver necklace with my personalised name .Although Lesley did not have anything in stock Lesley took my number and said she would get back to me .Few days later Lesley rang me , order was placed and less than two weeks later Lesley rang me to say the necklace was ready.We was blown away by there customer care so much so Lesley even cleaned my engagement ring for free.5 star rating, we will definitely be back .Thank you both xx

Best shop in Ross! This shop has the friendliest staff and a huge range of quality products, you will not fail to find the perfect gift or just something to treat yourself.I am disabled and as soon as they saw I was struggling to stand they very thoughtfully brought me a stool - only shop in Ross to do this and it made such a difference for me, I cannot recommend this shop highly enough

So much to choose from.
