I highly recommend Encore Reclamation. We needed some pine floorboards for our Edwardian house and placed the order on Sunday evening. Aldo delivered them the next day and even brought them all into the house and put them in size order. The service and advice we have received has been absolutely first class. The quality of the boards is obvious. We are really grateful having been set back by another company (ecopineflooring - beware). Thank you!

We needed a number of original floorboards urgently and at short notice. Despite it being a small order, Aldo sourced and delivered them in less than 24 hours, liaising with us and our builder to make sure everyone was happy. Throughout the process he was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

The service was excellent and extraordinary efforts made to deliver 4 metres of flooring at very short notice. Absolutely brilliant service. I called up for a relativaly small amount of floorboards and felt I was treated like a valued customer from the word go.The website was easy to navigate and choose the boards you need, then a simple phone call to arrange payment and delivery.Aldo couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating, squeezing my delivery onto the van for a Monday delivery the next week.This is my first time buying floorboards online, so unable to comment on the quality as i have no reference point, I would only say that Aldo seems extremely genuine, so i have no doubt they are great value for money.I would definitely use them again and recommend Encore Reclamation to anyone else.

Aldo was a joy to deal with from first contact to meeting in person. He helped us out finding a match for our current Victorian floorboards and sent out samples before we came to pick them up so we knew we were getting a great product. Calling up over New Year and leaving a voice message I didn't hold out much up of a return call. Moments later Aldo called back and not only did he have what I needed he found solutions to my problems of laying a bathroom floor with thin boards. Just the kind of service you want when you're not 100% sure what you need. Later he hooked me up again with some lovely boards for cladding. The wood oozes quality and he's such a lovely guy. I'll be going back again and again.

Aldo is an absolute gent. He gave me a very good price on some Edwardian reclaimed pine floorboards and a lot of advice on sanding and treating them. We used a polymer flexible glue to install them with pinhead nails onto chipboard in a loftspace. Thoroughly recommend Encore if you're looking to do similar. Aldo's delivery team are great too.

We wanted Victorian pine floorboards to layon an old concrete subfloor in our dining room but not knowing where to start we decided to give 'Encore' a visit and we're so pleased that we did.Aldo was very helpful and enthusiastic about the project and recommended a few reclaimed floor specialists he knew and trusted. He even talked me through doubts I had about the boards after we received delivery and I'm so grateful he persuaded us to stick with what we'd ordered and not swop them a for a 'younger' (newer) product because the floor looks absolutely beautiful and like an original feature.So very many thanks Aldo and team.

Aldo was incredibly helpful. Called on Christmas Eve & he was super friendly and immediately offered to help me source the boards I required after Christmas, even though the order quantity was small. Would recommend to everyone -- possibly the best customer service I've ever received.
