I received updates throughout the entire process, all members of the team were polite and helpful, they provided a professional and efficient service. I highly recommend Chadwells and thank them for a stress free sale.

Superb service from start to finish!Chadwells handled the sale of my property and not only did it sell on the first day it went to market they also ensured the buyer was kept informed at all times to push completion through super quickly! I couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Owning a rental property can be straight forward but when it goes wrong its a blo*dy nightmare". As a first time landlord I instructed Chadwells to manage my property. Over a 5 year period I sometimes had doubts that I was doing the right thing as the cost involved took a chunk of the monthly rent. HOWEVER

Chadwells have made the pain of renting my house out slim to non. Chelsea has been approachable and infornative throughout, amazing! She reassured me that my house would be gone quickly and it was with a tenant less than 2 weeks from the viewings. The pictures she took were excellent. Couldn't recommend Chadwells (particularly Chelsea!) enough!

Great professional service, friendly staff and always on hand to help. They sold my property in a timely manner, handled all viewing and enquiries and at a very reasonable fee. Would highly recommend!

Zoe has been great from the start, she is really helping get everything in place for us buying the property and pushing the solicitors along. She is very informative and keeps us updated at all times, communication is key and she is defiantly good at it. Anything we need or want to know, she is happy to assist with.Thank you!

Disappointing experience with this agent. My credit rating is terrible that much is true, so we got turned down for a property with Chadwells, that is fair enough, it is what it is. However, the lady dealing with us was extremely rude in my opinion! The viewing was unique to say the least! She instantly looked down her nose at me, she let us in and just told me to look around while she stood in the kitchen, her overall attitude was apathetic and totally uninterested, I tried to engage her in conversation and ask a few questions to which I received short and condescending answers.The vetting process was in my opinion extremely black and white, with absolutely no room for grey area! It’s all done via a 3rd party company that you must provide all your details to yourself without any assistance from Chadwells, therefore mistakes can be made, which later resulted in being basically called a liar and accused of trying to hide details from them.They were totally unwilling to even consider giving me the benefit of the doubt, despite having a glowing reference from my current landlord and having 6 months rent in advance!Apparently I’m “too much of a risk” I’m puzzled as to why as I’m offering to pay the entire term up front.I wouldn’t recommend these agents at all, very unhelpful, unsympathetic and snooty, and their way of vetting potential tenants is far too black and white, completely lacking in humanity.
