We’ve used Yorkshire Life Financial Services three times over the past 8 years: the first time for a buy-to-let mortgage, secondly for a remortgage on the same property, and now again for a remortgage on our residential property. As a first time buyer, we had no experience about buying a property but using Yorkshire life financial services made the process so much easier and less stressful. When our initial rate had decreased, he went the extra mile to change all the contracts and to fix us onto the new rate which would mean less monthly payments. Got recommended to YLF by a family member and all i can say is what a great recommendation. Charles was / is our mortgage adviser and he has gone the extra mile for us. Responds promptly all the time, explains everything in detail so that nothing is missed. Gives all avenues to take.
