Very, very disappointed with this experience. We have done this before in Sunderland and made beautiful baubles, but we didn't get to keep them as they were made for the Duchess of Northumberland's display. We could take pictures and we got to see them on display. Yes we got to blow baubles, but they are dreadfully shaped. We couldn't pick the colours we wanted, we had to use pre mixes, unlike in Sunderland. I wanted a nice momento, I feel like we just threw £82 down the drain, plus costs to get there.

Fantastic time blowing our own Christmas baubles. We were surprised how quick it was, but we still had time for questions and didn't feel rushed. Christmas baubles are now on our tree and something to treasure! Would love to go back and do more.

We did the bauble making experience yesterday and can highly recommend it! We've come home with 2 beautiful baubles that it's hard to believe we made ourselves.All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and it was amazing to be able to see what was being made out on the workshop floor!

We had a go at bauble blowing! Fantastic experience. Lovely people and very well done. We took the kids a couple of weeks ago and enjoyed it so went back and did it for ourselves. Definitely recommend it. Very safe at all times and very informative and pleasant staff.

Really enjoyed my experience today. Everyone working there could not have been more helpful. The process of making a bauble was clearly explained at every stage and safety is clearly a priority. I enjoyed myself that much that I plan to go again. And again.

My daughter was planning a glass blowing experience for her 10 year old son to give to his older sister for a special birthday that they could do together. She went into the shop where the member of staff she spoke with was very helpful, but told my daughter that she was unable to buy a voucher in store & it would have to be booked online. My daughter wanted to to put a voucher in the Birthday card & did not have access to a printer.The member of staff kindly got the owner to speak to my daughter, who told her the same regarding buying online & printing.All of this is fair enough- except his manner, which my daughter reported as sarcastic & patronising.When she told him that she did have access to a printer, she was told 'well that's your problem isn't it'.Needless to say, my daughter was disappointed, not to mention upset.Had the owner been a little less patronising, we might have have worked out a way to get the voucher bought & printed.I'm sure he won't lose sleep over this loss of business. but a little kindness would go a long way.

I surprised my daughter & husband with a glass blowing experience while we were holidaying this year. Highly recommend, great experience & your bauble is yours to keep. Great price and memories made. Friendly, informative staff. Thank you.
