I emailed asking for a quote for a small amount of picket fencing - provided images and rough sizes. The response was that due to present workload they cannot quote for this job. I understand businesses can get busy but don't just dismiss a potential customer!!! No questions were asked about when I was wanting something like this done etc. Just a straight answer of your too busy.
