I visited this store yesterday for the first time and was shocked (pleasantly) at the range of toys, lingerie, DVD’s etc. An older lady was running the store that day and helped my partner and I amazingly, nothing was too much trouble. I’ve never had such knowledgeable customer service before and was instantly put at ease. This lady really did go above and beyond in helping us try to find something for our weekend. Unfortunately I left empty handed as the lingerie I was looking for didn’t stock my size however I’ll definitely be back when in need for other items!

What a fab store! Everything you have ever dreamed of is in this little cave of wonder! Staff are so friendly and really put you at ease, would defo recommend :)

I have been visiting the store for the last two years (Lelo, you have cost me a fortune!! ) It is a great store, although online stores may do some deals you won't obtain the same interaction and the ability to see/feel the goods you are buying.Sam (female) the Manager is very helpful, knowledgeable and a good laugh and would make anyone comfortable if it is your first adventure into an adult shop". Although most people prefer to do discrete online shopping or Ann Summers
