Brilliant. Very friendly and very professional. I had an ear problem (as if one of my ears was underwater) for a couple of weeks. Tried to get an appointment with the local doctors, but couldn’t even get through to the receptionist. Went to Mr Shah, he was incredibly professional: examined my ear; showed me a picture of the problem; used some sort of vacuum device; problem instantly resolved. Absolutely brilliant, wish I had gone to him a few weeks earlier.

Professional service. I was seen by a really nice lady who helped put my mind at ease, as it was my first time being seen by an ear specialist. They provided helpful information to help me understand all my inquiries about why my ears has been bothering me. I recommend their services and I would be visiting them in the future for my ear and hearing health and care needs.

Fantastic service from the young lady who helped me. The wax had hardened to make this a particularly challenging job but she patiently stayed with it and even stayed late into the evening to make sure she was not beaten! She knew I was going on holiday the next day and so wanted to make sure I was all sorted before I left. Definitely recommend

Great service and highly recommend. I was seen by a lovely young lady who definitely but me at ease, as this was my first time I had ever had ear wax treatment. She persevered with the problem ear and managed to remove all the earwax which was causing the problem. Thank you, it is so good to be able to hear again properly.

Hassan is the real deal. I got frustrated that I went deaf yet again and I knew it was thanks to wax build up, booked an appointment the same day and now my ears are totally clear. Worth every single penny of his £50 asking price. Some may see the perfect 5.0 rating and think it’s too good to be true - I can definitely say it’s not, it’s 100% deserved!!!

My ears were so blocked and causing me so much discomfort over the last two months, after failed ear syringing at my GP I'm so glad I found Earwax specialists. From speaking to Hassan about my issues and Josie who performed the microsuction, i felt so at ease and was shown the inside of the ear through out the procedure, Josie was persistent in getting the tricky bits of wax out..
