Thank you avery much to Joseph for seeing me on a very short notice.I had wax in both ears and I was told by my Gp to keep using olive oil drops and sodium bicarbonate, but this caused my ears to be more blocked. And last night I had severe pain from my left ear and could not sleep at all.So I called NI Earwax Removal from the advertisement this morning and Joseph booked me for 1pm (yes same day!), and after the treatment I felt instant improvement.Joseph you are brilliant Audiologist and a great company, made me feel at ease the whole time.I would really recommend your service to anyone.Miky.

I have to admit I was somewhat nervous about getting my ear worked on but the discomfort was such that I bit the bullet and emailed. An hour later, Joseph called back and set an appointment for the next day {Saturday} at my own home. Incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable, he put me at ease right away, explaining what he was doing at each stage. My ear had been really badly clogged but Joseph did a great job, for a reasonably decent fee. I would definitely recommend this service to others.Update.I had a follow up appointment 10 days later and can honestly say that this has transformed my hearing completely. Joseph was completely right to advise a short wait to continue treatment otherwise my ear could have been damaged. The secret to being an expert is knowing when to hold off and in this case, it worked perfectly. My hearing is back to normal and I am a very happy customer. I will definitely go back and can recommend totally.
