EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE from start to end. Andreu was superb with his support to my wife and my children who already had a bad experience with another agency for completing a spanish student visa. Very clear process, with step-by-step instructions, always kept us up to date, and at the end the applications were successful. This is absolutely a disgraceful law firm ever seen. Feels like they got lots of branches just to convince customer and make money!my reference no is- 13647 Portuguese matter agreed by London office.Matter was to raise an official complain to SEF against an individual who is living in Paris with Portuguese TRC which is illegal.Their job was to- bring the evidence from French such as employment history of that individual ( I've given the company name where he is working)-contacting with any necessary entities-Drafting the complain itself- following up the entire process until the final decision.At the consultation time i asked them about the estimate time and they said maximum 4 to 5 month for the final decision.But within the first 6 month i was just listening from the lawyer that SEF investigating this case.When i asked her how she knows she said, she had face face meeting with SEF and they confirmed that they are investigating ( i don't think she did). But when i asked her give me a proof that they said they are investigating she couldn't provide anything. Means like she was lying that they said they are investigating.Strangely. all the documents that she gave me last months were wrong, she brought the owner details and leas holder details of that company and i don't know why she does that? What the meaning to submit these documents.I raised an complain to change the lawyer and bring the right documents but the service i received from London was awful, they said they can't do much as it's Portuguese matter and i need to contact with them although my first installment was taken by London branch.I always ask them that i am not asking for the decision please. Provide me the proof that they are investigating but they were unable to do so.I emailed few times to Portuguese partner and he replied after a week saying they can't do anything else and they have done enough for this matter also SEF haven't ask for the documents so they don't need to bring the documents.My question is why SEF would ask for documents? if you raise an complain without documents still they will investigate it as it's their duty. I have paid for the documents to make this case accelerate and get the the decision quickly.They took around 2000 euros for this matter but have done nothing for me also now refused to take this case further which is against their agreement.So far they bring the the wrong documents and emailed to SEF and for this work charged me 2000. really really disgraceful company.

Started badly. No progress and the next instalment asked for when nothing was happening with our visas for Spain.We were eventually assigned Andreu after a complaint was made and he drove our case forward and was always at hand to answer the smallest questions. Andreu made everything happen and we eventually got our visas. He is someone we turn to now while navigating our early life in Spain to assist with the settlement processes. We will turn to him again for our visa renewal.One star removed for the company for the initial issues but five stars for Andreu.

I approached this firm to support me in obtaining a Spanish Passport.I was kept informed clearly each step of the way. Documents arrived on schedule resulting in me ultimately obtaining a passport. A friendly approachable team who always answered my emails giving me solid advice for what to expect ,what to prepare and what to take to the consulate for each visit..as well as help in translating . I could not of done it without their support..Recomended
