We approached Glasshouse in January 2022 due to the SALT NHS waiting list being so long and we had a referral sent for our little boy in January 2021, we decided it was time to look around for someone who could help implement some support for our little boys speech delay.We contacted Glasshouse via Facebook and had a quick response to our messages and Lorna was able to assess our little boy within a couple of days of our initial chat.After the initial assessment with Lorna she formulated a recommendation for intervention and was able to do so with the support of her colleague Sarah.Our little boy has now been seeing Sarah since the end of January 2021 (5 sessions in total up to date) and already we are seeing such an improvement.I can highly recommend this company, very responsive, very supportive, very approachable and most of all passion for the job working with our little boy and help building his confidence.

We are so happy to have found Lorna to work with, my child has made amazing progress with their speech since we started the sessions. This has had such a positive impact on their ability and confidence to communicate, especially at school. Lorna makes the sessions really fun so my child always looks forward to them and has developed a lovely bond with Lorna. I don’t know where we would be without her, her skills and guidance.

I rarely ever take the time write an online review, I only seem to write a review if a service has been exceptionally good or poor, needless to say Lorna Wilson at Glasshouse has been exceptional good, her input has made a world of difference to us as a family.Our son has a variety of additional learning and social needs and was recently diagnosed with autism. On our journey we have dealt with many professionals, without meaning to be discourteous to the other professionals, Lorna stands out, with her depth of knowledge, professionalism, and enthusiasm, not to mention that Lorna has a certain flair and a way of getting things done.Lorna at glasshouse has helped our son enormously, not only in terms of speech and language development but in additional ways, such as developing strategies that have been applied in the school setting. I can’t recommend Lorna at Glasshouse enough.
