Albert's is an Urban Oasis. It's boredom free because there are different events nightly. It's people friendly most are members with a club feel. It's discounted food and drink. It's stress free freedom.

Was not impressedNot easy to get to as the read surface and pavement was difficultIt felt like an old pub and although the word tennis courts and bowling it felt like an old person's club although I am sure that I only saw part of it and part of what it does but I was not overly impressed

Great place for tennis enthusiasts of all levels, from beginners to competitive players. There's coaching, social and team play available. Also has a great bar with friendly staff for post match socialising.

Still going strong, good buffet, well chosen real ale selection, friendly service. Ventilation remains a problem albeit reduced and inevitably prices raised, but overall still pretty good.

Entertaining night Oktober fest, good real ales . Has Snooker room, function area and bar with organised food for function. Bowling green and parking.

Great place for a drink and a relax. All the latest sports shown on TV, which is good to see. We want none of that replay bolocks! Would recommend for all the family! One issue though, that prevents this place from being a 5 star must do, is the lack of food that makes or breaks a great British pub! Otherwise excellent, premium experience.

Great club that's been going for almost 150 years. Tennis, Bowls, Snooker etc reasonable membership and good social events
