Have been going here once a week for eight months now wonderful space all mats bolsters blocks and blankets provided. Wonderful classes and teachers of all types of yoga love my beginners class with Nia. Workshops regularly advertised underfloor heating xxx

Stroud Yoga Space is a lovely studio and all the classes and teachers I have gone to have been great. The studio itself is the perfect space - clean, warm, spacious and friendly.

I bought a mat from the web-store and it arrived speedily, but ... it was the wrong mat. Mistakes happen, nobody's perfect. I got in touch and couldn't have had more prompt service organising the return and replacement. Really speedily, simply, politely and warm-heartedly dealt with. I'm grateful for that. Many thanks.

I really enjoyed my pregnancy yoga classes with Emma! We went to mommy and me yoga as well, which I hope is brought back!!! Great space, friendly staff!
