Bought Polo from Rose Gardens owners not honest people lied about exhaust being fixed now fixed saying that did reimburse my husband. Very friendly guys bit too cheerful. Wouldn't buy again from Rose Gardens. Calling us Grandparents what a laugh!!!

Dealing with Bilal was a pleasure.My experience with this dealership been great since the beginning, they were honest about the car and what maintenance had they done and what needs to be done, giving me space to check the car with no annoying pushing or trying to sell me the car.Went on for a test drive and loved the car, there was an issue with the AC that they offered to fix for free which is great.Thanks to Rose gardens I got my dream car and I can't be happier with it.

Bought the car for 3000£ had to spend on it another 1200£ and he sold a perfect car in and out, that is how trustable this garage/trader whatever. He gave me 6 months AAA and warranty covering electrical mechanical and gearbox issues, obviously there was no AAA cover and he didn't give me the warranty company details so when I needed I couldn't contact them I called him several times messaged him but no answer so this is my experience and anybody can decide buy or not from this trader.

This dealer bid on my car at auction, only to tell me the price was too high and try and negotiate £1000 off when I tried to arrange for them to collect.Why bid if the price is too high!? Time wasters!EDIT 16/10/2023In response to your reply, no that is not accurate. You never inspected my vehicle. I called you to try and arrange for inspection and collection, and was told over the phone that you didn't think the vehicle was worth the price you had bid, and so was offered £1000 less. Like I said, time wasters.
