Window to the Womb Leicester

The worst experience I’ve ever had - Molly should not be in a service related role. I called to book a scan & asked how many weeks I was which I advised - Molly said they had no appointments available until tomorrow & I can book online I told her I could g because the website wasn’t giving available dates until 9th November she said to call & book in the morning but I managed to get the date online - booked with £20 deposit only to turn up and they had my wrong due date & said they can’t scan me between 18-20 weeks even though the silly women called molly knew my dates - in the end told to email the manager so I’ve not only wasted my time but left £20 out of pocket for a deposit paid!! My normal window to the womb is Manchester Salford - never had any issues even during 18-20 weeks scans!!

To update previous review as now can’t edit it… amazingly it’s gotten worse! They are hugely playing up with giving me my refund. Keep telling me they will look into it and then don’t stick to their promise. Honestly just avoid them until they sort their customer service out. Completely disappointed. Just to add this is the Leicester location.

Couldn’t fault this place at all, I had a 4D scan today. Been here with my previous daughter. I absolutely loved it they were all so professional and lovely. I brought my 22 month old daughter into the scan and they were fantastic with her. I’d like the thank all of the staff there today. Highly recommend this place.

Such a lovely clinic and the staff are all so helpful and enthusiastic. Also always really good with my son whenever we go in. Wheelchair accessible also which is so hard to find and always a bonus!

I had wonderful experience with 4D scan today. Although my baby dint co operate but the staff dint give up. The sonographer was a gem. She explained every little detail during the scan. She made everything possible to get the baby in better position. Very pleased with the service and overall experience. Highly recommend 4D scans here

Amazing, been here twice for a scan one was 8 week scan and one was my gender scan and staff were really really lovely and friendly.

Had a great experience with my friend at Window to the Womb Leicester. The staff ensured we were cared for and listened to every concern doing everything possible. We had a very thorough scan by the sonographer who was very friendly and patient with us! Worth every penny!!

Amazing staff at this venue. All friendly and helpful. Through out my pregnancy they have been helpful and lovely team. Amazing to see my daughter in 4D today. And the photos are great quality.

We had both our gender and 4d scan with them, they are so welcoming and lovely. They made the experience so magical for us. The scans are detailed and the environment is so homely. Highly recommend.
