Priory Blinds & Waterbeds

We recently had Venetian blinds fitted to all our front windows and they are great. From when Mark came to give us a quote to when the fitter came all went really smooth and quick. Would recommend them.

Priory Blinds dealt with a manufacturing fault with our blinds very efficiently and without any fuss. Very helpful staff and great customer service. Would recommend.

Great product and very good service. The fitter went the extra mile to carry out a great job. I will be calling them back to do the rest of the house in the near future. I would definitely recommend.

Placed an order when their salesperson visited. The fitter arrived with the wrong blinds. When we pointed out the error, the fitter called the salesperson who insisted he was correct and we were wrong despite us having a copy of the item ordered in his handwriting. He then suggested we shouldgo somewhere else" to get what we wanted. I emailed the company and they never ever responded. I will take your salesperson's advice.UPDATE. FOUND AN EMAIL FROM THE BUSINESS OWNER (IT WENT TO SPAM IN ERROR) THE EMPLOYEE IS NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY AND AFTER A CHAT WE HAVE OUR BLIND. EXCELLENT FITTING SERVICE. Not a good experience

We have just had the Automatic Venetian blinds fitted to our new kitchen. It looks superb and we are now ordering all the other windows.I have previously reviewed when we had a large blind in the hall which Mark and the team handled perfectly.What I want to say this time is that this company gives expert advice. Mark knew exactly what colour and product we needed and what would work in our house.That expertise comes from years of experience.Highly recommended again and great fitting by Dale.
