Jonathan helped us with the paperwork for buying a property in France. He was very easy to deal with, explained everything very clearly, and made an extremely stressful time much less so, even fitting in an early morning appointment for us when UPS lost our documents and we had to get everything done again! Nice guy, helpful on the phone. I had some documents that needed notarized relatively urgently. Emailed dates for confirmation, however no replies received. I contacted him, still very kind on the phone, apologized due to workload and said will reply ASAP. Still did not receive the reply. I contacted the secretary, who said will pass on message. Still received no reply. I have checked my spam as well, empty. Due to urgency of my requirement, had to find another notary service, now sorted.3 stars for benefit of doubt due to kindness and patience on the phone.
