Large group of us, all very well taken care of. Terrific food. An hour after our meal we are still talking about how great the meal was! Great service! Friendly staff! Raspberry Chocolate dessert was INCREDIBLE!

Well what can I say except amazing food, atmosphere and service. We were a table of 8 on a busy Friday night and the service was exceptional. The food was fantastic. A great choice and great produce which is sourced locally as best they can. Everyone of our meals was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. My rump steak was one of the best I have ever had.The cocktails were top notch too. From start to finish a very enjoyable night out. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Disappointed. Table of 8, restaurant busy and only 3 servers on. Out of 4 steaks ordered, only one came cooked to what was asked. Long wait for food, fair enough large order and busy night.Chicken Maryland dish small, Pasta dish was fine but lacked flavour. Fish and chips good. Cheesecake desert TINY, absolutely scandalous to charge £6.50 for a slither of cheesecake. One cocktail had a moulded berry in it. Drink replaced by the barman promptly. I’ve attached a picture of the ‘espresso martini’ ordered. Have to say, one of the worst espresso martinis I’ve ever tasted. Took a big gulp, and couldn’t even drink the rest. Horrid. We spent a pretty penny here with meals for 8 people, drinks, bottles of wine/prosecco/deserts. Fair to say it was not worth it and will know for again. Will not return

Food came in big portions but the service here is quite lacking. I probably came here with too high expectations, the food looked very good however they did lack a bit in flavor. I do love the interior of the restaurant though, it's very cute. They have a 2 course and 3 course option for you to choose from or a la carte.

We had a short stop in Belfast and scrambled to find a place that was unique to the area to eat. We were thrilled to happen upon this spot. The menu was extensive and there were many interesting options. We settled on an Irish cheeseburger, goat cheese platter and beef fat fries. Not a single item was a disappointment. The ambience was very chill and the music relaxing. The waitstaff was also very pleasant. It wasn’t fast food, so if you’re in a hurry then this may not be the spot for you. And it’s a little walk away from city center. But those things aside, highly recommended.

Happy with the food, it could be perfect with fresh bier from the tap, but the cans are not bad at all. Totally Recommended

The food was mediocre at best. Good atmosphere, but you can't eat the drapes. Food looked good but wasn't. Sent the pork belly dish back; it was overrun with thyme. This place came recommended by 2 different Belfastians. Would recommend the Indian restaurant 2 doors down...

It’s a quirky gastro pub style restaurant in a very nice area of bars and restaurants in Belfast. This was highly recommended to me by a local and although tourists were eating there, you could tell that it was a local draw for hipsters and foodies. The cocktails which we did not order looked good, each heavily garnished and in drink specific garish glasses. All the chairs were radically different and the decor was eclectic, including a large brightly colored full scale statue of a ostrich. The menu had great looking lunch items, meals, and cocktails, wine, and beer. I had the sourdough bread, steak sandwich with a millennial pleasing smashed avocado and chimichurri sauce, paired with a half pint of a draft local IPA and chips fried in beef fat.The sandwich was very good with only a small bit of gristle that I normally expect with this type of cheaper cut. The steak was quite thick and even well-done was tender. The very heavily toasted sourdough bread was fantastic. The chips were very good with no beef flavor or greasiness. The service was quick by European standards. The cost of the meal was 14 pounds which I found to be a great value. The waiter could not provide a split bill receipt but could charge multiple credit cards in any amounts desired. (We informed him in advance of ordering and we were informed before we ordered that they could not split the itemized receipt.) Although this worked out okay for us, business travelers might need individual split itemized receipts. It’s becoming more common for restaurants to have this ability with modern point of sake systems.

Delicious! Incredible portion sizes. Great surprise! I had the curried parsnip soup (forgot to take a pic) and it was incredible and flavorful. My husband got the chicken wings for the first course (we both ordered the 2 course meal). Huge delicious wings! I had the fish and chips for my main meal and it was SO much food. Good ratio of meat to breading and the breading and fish were both delicious! My husband got a beef dish (looked like a pot pie, I was too busy eating to take pics of his too haha). Definitely recommend!
