It was an outstanding support provided by Ms. Rakhee Desai during my visit to the Coventry HSBC bank. I been to bank as I have newly opened account and unable to access my online account, which put me through the lot difficulty in accessing my account and transacting online. I wanted to open a children’s bank account which the website says you have to do in branch. I stood in a queue (7 months pregnant) for 25 minutes in the branch which was very warm to be told they aren’t opening accounts in branch at the moment. The customer service was terrible.

Only two stars for the lady, she was very kind but apart from that I have no faith left in HSBC. There online team give you information which there branch team say absolutely wrong and untrue. Either one of them is wrong.

Horrible customer service. Went to open my account and waited 15 working days with no response and had to visit the bank three times where I was met with rude and condescending staff who had no regard for my situation as an international student. I decided to go to Lloyd’s across the street and was serviced in two minutes. I cannot recommend this branch less.

Unable to pay in to First Direct Accounts even though they are part of the HSBC Group, why update the bank cards to Mastercard if you aren't going to update the in branch cash in machines. Ended up having to make a deposit at the post office

Terrible store. Always long lines leading outside wrapping around the street no matter what time I come. Such a great feeling watching people get served in Halifax and Loyds bank immediately while i wait for 45 minuites outside in the cold. Deposit machines always broken. Shambles.None of the staff can be bothered to ask why people are even in the line. Just wait in line for 45 minuites regardless of your reason for being there. Had to ask the security guard for help.
