Staff are lovely and id leave 5 stars, but the Manageress is miserable, rude and could do with a personalty transplant!

Queues of 6-7 customers with one till open and a staff member gormlessly stacking shelves next to the queue is standard. Animals allowed in the very cramped shop, walked in one night to a huge bull type dog and two hoodies chatting to staff, walked straight out. The store is decrepit, gloomy, expensive, and the sign out on the storefront is gone leaving the exposed frame and wires on view. It looks appalling and has been this way for months. Some staff are polite and helpful is all I can positively say.

Went to this shop last night and tonight only to find the doors locked on both occasions. They gestured outside to me in the freezing cold and rain to wait 10 minutes. Never ever will I bother going here again, il go to the Co op on fylde rd instead. Even when they are open you're stood there waiting like an idiot waiting to get served at the till. Don't waste your time.
