We purchased the XC60 from Volvo Military Sales and it was, hands down, the best car buying experience we have ever had. Andrew was outstanding, communicating with us each step of the way. The entire process was easy and seamless.We chose to pick up our car at the factory in Gothenburg, Sweden and we were blown away! The factory delivery experience was absolutely fantastic! We were even happier with our decision to purchase our Volvo after going on the factory tour and seeing first hand all of the extra time and care they put into making sure their cars are safe and well built.We love our new car, it drives like a dream and it’s so much more than we were expecting. When we walked into the Volvo Dealership we honestly weren’t intending on buying one, but we were greeted with such friendliness we decided we had to take a look at them! All I can say is WOW I’m glad we did! These are some stunning cars and have the most amazing features. We are heading to a very cold/snowy state in the next few months and definitely wanted something with AWD and that will keep us safe on the icy roads. Allana gave us all the information we needed, answered any questions we had, and NEVER felt like she was pushy at all. We were able to take our time, think about it, talk to our bank and then get back to her. When we finally decided we wanted to go do it, she was on top of it with responsiveness and got us taken care of quickly to ensure we can get it shipped back to the US for when we need it. We are SO beyond happy with our decision on our new 2023 XC40. It is beautiful! Highly recommend stopping in even if you aren’t sure if you want a Volvo or not. Highly recommended without any hesitation. I had the honor of going on a couple of test drives with Barry, he was outstanding and hilarious. I then worked with Andrew through the entire process and couldn't have wished for a better experience. It's nothing like buying a car in the states, the team is there to simply answer your questions and inform you on the process and cars, zero pressure to purchase. The deals are outstanding and you literally pay what is advertised, nothing more unless you decide to add options. This is a great deal for military and diplomats, supporting a great crew, along with great cars. Again, highly recommended.
