We were absolutely left high and dry following the complete shambles another 'Dental Engineer' had put us in with our autoclaves. Two of our autoclaves stopped working following the previous 'Dental Engineer' visit, we had a fully loaded patient day and we really were looking down the barrel of some unhappy patient feedback.Out of sheer luck, I found Dental Edge online and went straight to a man called 'Dean'.Dean came to us from the Forest of Dean to Birmingham, a very popular Professional (he had other jobs en route) and within 20 minutes sized up and began fixing up the problems that were created by the previous 'Dental Engineer'. He showed us exactly what was happening, he fixed the problems, tested and retested the autoclaves and he actually could not believe the complete mess we were left in by the previous lot.We cannot recommend Dean highly enough. We have granted him our contract to service and relicense all our plant and machinery pertinent to his engineering remit.Dental practices, don't waste your time with other Dental Engineering companies, come straight to Dean and he will have a solution, guaranteed.Very, very happy customer!Dr AliCEO
