I called these guys this morning (Saturday) to repair a puncture and change my brake pads and they said we do a drop in on Saturdays bring it down straight away and we will do our best to repair it today. Went back at 5 and it was all done, good job, with a smile. You cant beat that! Well done guys and thank you for getting me back on the trails so quickly. I wish every business was this pleasant to deal with.

My first order off these guys were for some seals for a Hope pro2 rear hub.Site was easy to navigate and the order was processed the next day. I'm so happy to have found a good shop for spares and will order more in the future. Thanks guys

Went into the shop on saturday morning with a problem with the back brake on my ebike. The owner Dave couldn't have been more helpful.He gave me some good advice on how to resolve the issue.I put a new master cylinder on, dropped the bike back to him. He fitted a new connection and bled the brake for me in the afternoon.WHAT A STAR!!!Many Thanks Dave. Ill be back.

I buy a lot of brake spares online from this shop. I appreciate that you stock all the spares! Been using them for 3 years now, no problems! They are one of the only places that show the correct pictures for all the hope caliper seals so you know it's the right one.

I have nothing but praise for Bikegoo, I bought some Sram brake lever bleed screws at a really good price but that’s not the only great thing about Bikegoo, I placed my order and they arrived less than 24 hours later, I have bought from world wide companies and not got that service, of course it goes without saying that when the need arises for more bike stuff I will be back, thanks again Bikegoo and keep up the great quality service

Great service, emailed after closing. Received a reply at 7am the next morning explaining that small jobs are done on Saturdays. So I dropped my bike off to them and sure enough by 11am the broken spoke had been fixed and they perform a safety check which had found a couple of issues that they are going to fix at the service I have booked in.Really pleased to have found such a good bike shop thanks again.
