So my family and I have been with this doctor's for many many year's. So 1st of all we think place in run by two out standing doctor's. All new staff and old staff are great and doing there best.As covid viruses are still out there. I recently had a lump in my breast and after complaining too hospital's for a long time. About the pain discomfort. Nothing was really done. I had a appointment at this doctor's with another outstanding surgeon. Who removed lump on day I have no pain now. So thank you everyone for your help with this matter. And ongoing help when needed. Keep up the fabulous work you all do.kerp safe.many thanks

Receptionists really let this surgery down with their rude attitude.Told her I work so cant make certain times, felt like I was being penalised for working. I pay into the system and feel im not getting anywhere, no advice from professionals. And to be honest the last Dr I had a appointment came across as if he didnt care at all. I'm still non the wiser about my condition.

If it were possible, I would give zero stars !!!!!!!!8am you’re 6th in the queue… one hour later you’re 2nd in the queue… you wait for an hour and suddenly the call is disconnected and you hear that all staff are busy and cannot answer your phone !!!!!! Joke !!!!!

Awful... No consistency, rude office manager, revolving door of doctors(all the good doctors have left) refuse to listen or deal with complaints, some doctors can't even get your name right, ignore emails and don't act upon letters from other health professionals... Avoid!!

Fabulous relatively new build surgery with 2 floors of treatment rooms and a lift between floors. All staff are happy and friendly and keen to help

It took months for the surgery to arrange a blood test for my 91-year old aunt at her home after I requested it. She has dementia, is deaf and housebound. It finally happened because she recently developed leg ulcers that have to be dressed frequently, which involves the surgery. As I expected, the blood test showed things of concern, so the surgery phoned to ask if I could bring my aunt in for a general check-up. I live more than 200 miles away and having made arrangements for a visit to Preston I cannot book an appointment because 'the system is locked'. I have to phone up at 8am on the day we want the appointment and hope for the best. Why is getting basic healthcare for such a vulnerable person so hard in 2023? I must say in fairness that when I've finally managed to speak to a dr or get an appointment, the care is great. It's the hurdles to get to that point that need huge improvement.

I’ve attended twice this year and each time the drs I saw were so helpful. They didn’t rush me, listened to my concerns and really put me at ease. Everything was explained in detail and all my concerns answered. I really did feel valued and listened to. A much improved service compared to a few years ago. Dr Wahid Quasem needs a mention. He’s a lovely Dr.

Worst surgery I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Receptionists patronise you as though you are stupid, staff in back room pull their face at you and roll their eyes at you whilst looking at images of patients injuries, clear breach of data protection, staff cannot be bothered to add notes to patients files when they've received emails from hospital, staff do not notify you when a prescription request has been rejected and leave you chasing up your own medication and notes, telling you an appointment is needed but there aren't any to prebook as they're embargoed. Unhelpful, patronizing staff, create stress when your all ready going through a medical stressful time. Avoid at all costs
