I came here for a private scan just yesterday at 11 weeks. Hailey the sonographer was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I was a nervous wreck going in and the lady at reception was amazing too! Highly recommend and cheaper than most private clinics!

I came here for my gender scan at 16 weeks really polite staff and lovely...My pregnancy took a turn for the worse but before that I booked a wellbeing scan with hey baby which they refunded me no question. And the amazing staff when I emailed expecting to pay for all photos and videos from my gender scan as I had lost the baby they did not hesitate sending this to me for no charge and no questions. Which has made a rubbish time something to smile about. What a great team and friendly and I could not recommended enough!! Thank you for all you have done it means more than you no.

Amazing experience! Felt so comfortable there! Got to see our little girl! Also got given a freebie with some vouchers and a mam bottle and dummy. The 4D scan experience was amazing. Definitely recommend!

Hey Baby was the most positive and comfortable experience I’ve had so far in my pregnancy. My partner and I went for a 16 week well-being/gender scan and couldn’t be happier! My partner felt really included in the whole experience which is very different to any other scan experience we’ve had, and the staff were absolutely amazing. Not only did they go to every length to make sure our gender stayed a secret until our reveal later that day, but they joined in on our excitement and helped us with our reveal bits and bobs. Now we know we’re having a little boy and couldn’t be happier with the day as a whole. Thank you Hey Baby team for making this day so special for us!

I would highly recommend Hey Baby 4D Southampton. I went for an early scan with Haylee and had an amazing experience. From when we arrived my Husband and I were greeted by a friendly receptionist and I was instantly put at ease, which was hugely appreciated as I had an anxious pregnancy. We then went in for our scan with Haylee and was made to feel so comfortable. Haylee was really friendly and made the experience feel really special. We then came back for a gender scan which again was an incredible experience. We were looked after by the wonderful Pam who was excellent about explaining the scan and what we could see. We had such a special moment as our baby boy's gender was revealed and the room lights turned blue. Moments like this will always stay with you and the experience the team at Hey Baby deliver is exceptional. We never felt like just one of many couples going in, would absolutely recommend without hesitation.

Chose Hey Baby 4D for our 27 week 4D Scan. This was by far the best scan experience we've had (to date we've had x3 NHS and x1 other private) - The receptionist and sonographer were really friendly and smiley. Was in the room for about 20 minutes, the sonographer took her time getting the best possible footage and we ended up with really clear pics and videos (no brown cauliflower footage haha!) and we really got a feel for what our baby girl looks like. She was also very forthcoming with information and asked if we had any questions about the baby and the scan etc. Oh and they gave us a really cute leaving pack containing a baby bottle, dummy and diary.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I wasn't aware before booking that there would be an additional £15 charge for all footage. You only get x3 pictures for free, everything else costs extra. So in total will be £84 for the scan and all footage. Other than that, it was great! Will definitely be returning for a wellbeing scan closer to our due date. Thank you guys again!! Fab experience and really lovely staff :)

We booked this for the daughter when she was 6 weeks pregnant with the granddaughter. They were absolutely lovely. Made her feel so much more at ease.She left with a big smile and a little pack containing a baby bottle, pregnancy diary, and a dummy to go with her 2 photos of the little jelly bean.
