Goldfinch Create and Play
My 3 year old child does the pre-school art class and absolutely loves it. The classes are run by really wonderful early years professionals. There is a calm atmosphere in the classes and the children are free to explore whatever they want. My 3 year old son gets so excited about the activities set up (each week is different). After just one session he was happy to be left with the staff meaning I can go downstairs to the cafe for a break. Beautiful cafe and great coffee.

Nics and Mark have launched such a calming, creative and ingenious “work space” for young minds. A place where a child’s imagination, thought processes and visual interpretation can flourish. Huge kudos and treat yourself to a “cuppa” and croissant whilst you’re there.

Such a beautiful and well thought out space. Everything has clearly been considered so carefully in the creation of the space and the classes on offer. I love their ethos around connecting nature and creativity. My children LOVE getting messy! This is brilliant. I have a 6 and 10 year old and I'm spoilt for choice with the brilliant holiday clubs on offer. Thank you. Telling all my friends! x

Goldfinch Create and Play
I popped in today for a drink and snack with my 5 1/2 month baby. The setup inside was lovely and the staff were very friendly. They brought the drink over to my table which was helpful as I had a pram with me. tThe brownie I had with my tea was delicious. There was plenty of space and the soft play area was brilliant. It's such a great idea and I will definitely be returning as there is so much more they offer as well as the cafe area. I would recommend Goldfinch to anyone with babies and toddlers. Thank you for bringing this into our area.

Goldfinch Create and Play
Such a lovely cafe and art space. The classes contain such a good range of activities that are always themed. My daughter often spends half an hour at just one of the creative stations in the art classes. The cheese toasties are yummy and the dried fruit is a big hit too.

My 6 year old son attended a holiday club at Goldfinch, and my 3 year old attends the Create and Play sessions. Both have had a brilliant time - the sessions are inclusive and relaxed. The coffee is also excellent!

Goldfinch Create and Play
We booked Goldfinch for my daughter’s 8th birthday party. The children loved the varied art activities and displaying their work on the giant magnet wall! Nicole and her team were engaging, encouraging and worked with each child’s interests, age and ability (my 5 yr old son got stuck in too!) My kids enjoyed it so much that they have both asked to have their next party there too! Thanks for a fab afternoon! X

Goldfinch Create and Play
Nicole, the founder of Goldfinch, is a pleasure to work with, and positively bursting with creative ideas.I had several photoshoot/video shoot sessions with Nicole for Goldfinch, capturing various different classes and offerings available, and was so impressed with how each activity captivated the children of each age group. Activities were fun, creative and age-appropriate, and seeing the intensity with which the children focussed on the project and took pride in their work was really inspiring.During the shoots, I was also fortunate to be able to sample some of the snacks available at the café, and they were superb!Goldfinch Create and Play is a real asset to Westbury on Trym, and I look forward to seeing it flourish.

Goldfinch Create and Play
My twin daughters attended a Goldfinch Holiday club and came back with rave reviews and really beautiful crafts and artwork. I was amazed how much they had made and they talked proudly and confidently about how they had created all the pieces.Goldfinch seems to offer a lot more than other holiday clubs they’ve tried and we will definitely be back for more!
