Blossom nail salon

I have used this salon quite a few times and have been really happy with my nails who are done by a lovely lady who is there regularlyBut today went to have them re doneyoung guy and woman working ,firstly he cut my nails down to have a new set on. he cut one of my nails so short it was down to the skin under my own nail and was very sorehe was Also rough with no care taken I made a comment that it was sore and he'd cut it very short and they both just shrugged there shoulders and spoke in the own languagewhere at this point I wanted to walk outbut with nails half of I had to persist with itall seemed to be going ok until he put one tip on wrong , he attempted to take it off but it was attached to the skin in the corner of my nail and just pulled it off. I remarked that that was my skin that you have just pulled of he didn't even flinch no apology ,not happy at allI won't be getting them done there again if he is working

Very poor customer service, it was my first time as my usual nail salon were shut for 2 weeks.I had my acrylics removed and new ones applied and my experience was awful, I tried to make conversation with the guy doing my nails and it got no where. He was very rough with the drill and rough when holding my fingers. Made me feel really uncomfortable and even after 6 hours my nails and the skin around are really sore!Also said goodbye and thankyou to him as I still wanted to be polite but I got completely ignored. Would not recommend and I certainly won’t be returning.

The great quality, shape and an excellent customer environment. I am glad I found the salon that provides with the best experience and return on investment. Thank you guys!

Not a good pedicure at all, did not use a blade to remove dead skin and paint was not good either it smudged, advised to have shellac but I choose not to have shellac other salons manage to paint very well with no smudging and without trying to make you go for the more expensive choice. Will not be using again.

Friendly staff and take pride in their work.Having coffee offered is a lovely touch

I have used their service 3 times and 2 times they let me down. My first visit was when I had my nails done better. Very unfriendly service, so poor customer service.

I booked infills with gel over lay for today at 3.30 the owner completely misunderstood me on the phone thinking I wanted an appointment for tomorrow at 3.30. I got to the salon and was told it was booked for 3.30 tomorrow and that she was fully booked for today. No apology for the misunderstanding. I am a very busy business person and have now had to rush around and wait to get my nails elsewhere as I unfortunately have no other time to get this done and have caused me a lot of stress and running around. I will not be returning.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. The man who works in this shop is unbelievably rude. He makes you feel as though he is doing you a favour by doing your nails when you are paying for a service. None of the other women in the shop who work here say boo to a goose because he creates such a tense atmosphere.He was very rough with the electronic drill, was burning my nails and all the sides of my fingers are red from where he kept catching them. When I flinched from the pain he gave me daggers.I felt awkward throughout the whole experience. The service was very rushed and I was not happy with my nails. I still paid the full price and did not let them know about my experience as quite frankly I don't think he cares about customer service and there seems no point.Will never return.

Great service, they fitted me in last minute for a pedicure and gels and I'm very happy.
