What a wonderful location the perfect relaxing getaway

What a discovery! We spent 5 nights in this beautiful cabin. It sits on the brow of a hill overlooking an orchard with a stream running beneath which you can hear flowing. It was magical. We had some incredible sunrises, sunsets and plenty of wildlife coming to visit us. The cabin is very close to woodland walks, 40 mins from the sea and 20 mins from Exeter. Rachel and Barry were super friendly and attentive, although, as the place was so well kitted out we didn't need much. Only more of their tasty apple juice pressed using the fruits of the orchard. If you want a peaceful getaway look no further than here.Thanks for having us! We'll definitely be back

I would definitely recommend this campsite. The environment was pleasant and quiet whilst the actual pitches for the tents were a great size. There were already some fire baskets with wood in ready to be used. Rachel and Barry (The owners of the land) were extremely kind and welcoming. They made sure the Campsite was clean and tidy whilst Rachel come by to bring some clean hand towels. The actual bathroom/ toilet was very clean .The shower was also very nice and the water was the right temperature. Overall that Campsite was a really nice place. Definitely one of my favourites so far, would recommend.

Such a lovely, clean and peaceful campsite with very attentive hosts. Rachel and Barry made us (2 adults, 2 children) feel very welcome. The facilities were always clean, well stocked, and the shower warm.We also purchased some of their burgers and would highly recommend them.

Beautiful location, unbeatable views and the perfect retreat for R&R. The Hideaway Cabin is so cosy but still very spacious. Super comfortable double bed, lovely shower/bathroom and an adorable kitchen area to make breakfast, complete with table & chairs to sit at. Either inside looking at the views, or outside with nothing but nature around you! Absolutely recommend this place if you are feeling burnt out, need to get away from the busy city, or just prefer some peace and quiet. We spent all day playing guitar, writing songs and then stargazed at night, huddled in front of the fire pit, it was exactly what we needed and we will definitely be back!A huge thanks to Rachel & Barry for looking after us so well and ensuring everything was as perfect as can be! We arrived to a complimentary bottle apple juice made with apples from their orchard (we immediately finished it all and then bought another!) as well as homemade scones, jam & clotted cream, a true Devon welcome. All their hard work really paid off and left us with a holiday we will remember forever!

This campsite is such a little gem. Tucked away off a very quiet country lane in rural Devon this offers a proper" camping experience. The facilities are very nicely presented with everything you need. The pitches are supplied with fire bowls and logs so that you can have you own fire to enjoy and keep you warm in the evening. The owners are lovely and very welcoming

Wow what a beautiful find. I spent 2 nights here wanting to have a peaceful getaway to refresh and unwind and it delivered everything and more I could have wanted. From the location and views to the accommodation and the facilities, everything was just perfect. Rachel was so helpful through the stay and before, answering all my queries and providing the extras required. The cabin itself was beautifully decorated with everything and more I could have wanted. I will definitely be going back, and I can't recommend this cabin enough. Thanks Rachel and Barry for providing something so perfect :-)”
