I left clear instructions for my dogs tail to NOT be touched, when I collectedhim 2 hours later his beautiful long fluffy tail was gone!! Absolutely mortified!! Will never be returning to Poochys

Took our golden retriever, Bjorn here a couple of days ago. He was very nervous going in, but when we collected him, he was on top of the world and also looked excellent. Done by the time we got quoted, and very pleased with the result.
