We were able to walk around and view unhindered then when we needed advice on stock the gentleman was very helpful and found me what i was looking for striaght away. Plants are now settling into my garden and i was advised in how to protect them over winter to enable them to grow again next year. Very enjoyable experience and the prices were very good too

Good selection of plants. Friendly owner.Unfortunately, no plants had prices... So you have to find the owner to ask everytime and he wasn't easy to find.If they only priced up the plants and had a bell to ring when you wanted help, It would make the experience so much better. Or had rows of the same priced plants, ie a row of £5, £6 etc.

Fantastic experience visiting today. Great choice of plants to pick from, well organised and displayed. Extremely knowledgeable lady helped us select a range of plants to suit our needs. Friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

I rang Thursfields a few days ago with a couple of plants I had in mind to send as a gift...they arranged it all, charged very little for delivery, and delivered it safely to my very happy relatives today. Excellent service and outstanding plants - I have bought before from the market stall they have in Hanley and the quality of the plants is very high.....my dad used to buy his plants from them decades ago, and I remember he was always pleased....and so am I!!

Beautiful Christmas Trees. Picked ours up today and yes, you can maybe buy cheaper but the trees from here last. Staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

An excellent nursery with a wide range of trees, plants and pots. They also make beautiful hanging baskets to order at a very reasonable price, we have had ours for several years. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful especially to novice gardeners like myself. We travel quite a way to visit them and they offer a delivery service for any bigger purchases at reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Visited this garden centre looking for some herbs and was surprised on how big it was. The guy was very helpful and helped us to the car with the herbs. We felt the prices weren't too bad and ended up with four lovely herb plants. We didn't have time to look around but felt there was something for everyone.

Excellent efficient service and advice from staff. Wide ranging choice of plants at very reasonable prices.. well worth a visit !
