Went there to get a present for a Friend who is leaving work, the staff were super attentive, they help me to find a lovely st Christopher pendant and chain, good stuff and price.Truly recommend this place, my new favourite jewellery.

Kirk is an absolute diamond! I purchased a beautiful 18ct gold pendant which kirk sold me for a really good price. I highly recommend this shop; as well as very high end brands you can find a lot of vintage/ antique/ unusual past pieces that you definitely won't find elsewhere! You MUST check this shop out when in West London, or just make a date for it, as you most definitely won't be disappointed! I would just like to take the time to say many many thanks again. Very honest and trustworthy, with a strong care to my jewelry. Prices were still reasonable.I was assisted with an understanding of my needs and what was important to me. From fixing to cleaning and I also sold some of the gold I had.I will definitely come back as it was worth the value I spent.

This shop should be closed as my experience was so shockingI went to buy a chain and the woman working there kindly agreed to show me the models.When I got to the checkout, I respectfullyasked the bald old man to weigh the chain for me ( I did that just to be sure of what I was buying, as a chain that's too light can break).He asked me to leave, raising his voice and urging his colleague to stop answering me because, and I quote, I don’t sell by the gram". As if he I discovered a dark secret of hisI often buy gold jewelry and never in my life has anyone said that to me. Especially when I've never tried to negotiate the price by the gram
