Shelby is amazing!!I had electrolysis on my face and I am so pleased with the results. I feel so much more confident and not constantly worrying people are looking at the hairs on my face. Shelby is very professional. I highly recommend her!!

I’ve been going to Shelby for electrolysis for over 6 months now and have always found Shelby to be nothing but professional, welcoming and super skilled in her areas of expertise. From the beginning she explained what was going to happen and made sure I was as comfortable as possible at all times. I visited Shelby some years ago having been recommended by a friend. Firstly she has allocated parking which is always a plus. I was greeted by Shelby who is ultra friendly and bubbly. I inevitably went straight back to Shelby for electrolysis, something I’d considered from some time. She was very informative about the procedure having had many years of experience. I have since returned for vit b12 shots that have been a life changer for me. I currently have 1 a month that just help keep my energy levels up and just generally on top of things. I would definitely recommend Shelbybeautiful for both electrolysis & vit12. Just be aware that you will end up with a life long friend by the end of your first treatment.

It was my first appointment with Shelby today for some Seborrheic Keratosis removal with a Cryopen. From the first contact Shelby has been very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. Every step of the process was thoroughly explained and despite the treatment being in a more sensitive area, Shelby made me feel at ease. The treatment room is fabulous and has its own off road parking space. The Cryopen treatment itself was quick and painless. I cannot wait to see the results. Shelby is a such a lovely friendly person, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

I went to Shelby to have a skin tag removed from the back of my neck. She put me at ease straight away and the treatment was quick and painless. Shelly even checked for others which may need treating. Three weeks later and, just as she said it would, it fell off. For the first time in as long as I can remember I have no skin tag. I have been having the vitamin B12 and Vitamin D with Shelby on a regular basis now, I feel so much better for having them done my moods have improved and I feel like a new women! Shelby is very knowledgeable and skilled in all of her services and I would give Shelby 10/10

Shelby is great! I had been feeling exhausted for some time (among other things) and the doctors confirmed by B12 levels were almost non existent. After a consult with Shelby and a few shots to bring my levels up to where they should be, I have regular injections once a month. Shelby is brilliant. Confident, talks you through everything and a real friendly face when you need one. Thank you Shelby for giving me a bit of my life back and a spring back in my step.
