To say I am beyond grateful for the wonderful wedding dress designers at Beacon Court is an understatement.They rescued my wedding dress after having disastrous alterations completed elsewhere & were able to create the wedding dress of my dreams.From the moment you walk in, you are put at ease with their extensive knowledge & expertise.I just wish I'd gone to them first of all, as their own wedding dress designs are stunning. I cannot recommend enough.

Nona is the best! My dress didn’t have a plain inch on it - lace and beading everywhere - and needed a lot of alterations to bring it down to my size, so I was very nervous having it altered. Nona completely calmed me down and I was completely reassured when I heard of her experience. Absolute magicians!! My dress fitted like a glove, like it was made for me. Couldn’t have been happier with it, and only one fitting! Would definitely recommend.

I cannot recommend Nona highly enough. I was encouraged to see her by a friend who had her wedding dress altered. After finding out I was pregnant 3 months before our wedding I was worried my dream dress wouldn’t fit me.There was no need to worry! Nona reassured me every step of the way and extended my dress to fit me (and bump) perfectly for the big day when I was 21 weeks pregnant. In fact you wouldn’t really know I was pregnant looking at the photos she was a true miracle worker.Nona made sure everything was perfect , having final fittings the day before the wedding as I was growing every day.I couldn’t have been happier. She even added fabric from my mum’s wedding dress into mine as a special surprise on the day.Thank you Nona.

I was recommended Nona by the shop I bought my wedding dress from for the alterations and had a fantastic experience! Nona has such great attention to detail, listened to my wishes but also gave me her expert opinion on what needed to be done to make my wedding dress fit perfectly. At my final wedding dress fitting I could not have been happier! My wedding dress fitted perfectly to my body and I cannot wait to wear it on my special day! This review is for the amazing and talented Nona. To give you some background, I live in California and had a destination wedding in Corby where my husband used to live. Our wedding was Saturday June 17, 2023 and let me tell you the days leading up to it was the most stressful. Why? I left my second dress in California!! How? It’s a long story. However, when I realized what I’ve done on Thursday it was too late since everyone was either in England or on the plane there.I searched frantically Thursday night for bridal shops knowing very well my chances of getting a dress was slim. My husband said whatever we find will have to be a compromise.Friday morning…Nona’s shop opens 1-2 hours earlier than everyone else so she was the first shop I had rang. I mentioned that I needed a second dress for the evening the next day! To our surprise she said not a problem, please come in an hour. So by 9:30 Friday morning we were at Nona’s and she had 3 dresses picked out for me. My husband and I fell in love with the same dress and by 4:30 that afternoon Nona had the dress PERFECTLY altered for us to pick up. If that isn’t magic, then I don’t know what is. If she can do something so amazing in 1 day, ladies imagine what she can do in weeks or months.We had a heck of a story to tell but thanks to Nona our wedding was perfect. And the dress was not a compromise, it is even more beautiful than the dress I left at home. Thank you, Nona!

Nona worked absolutely wonders on my dress! When I first brought my dream wedding dress to alteration appointment I didn’t think it’s possible to achieve so much. Nona was very professional throughout and the quality of her work is outstanding! She’s is an amazing woman with very bright ideas. Thank you again so much for altering my dress- I felt like a real princess on my wedding day especially knowing my dress fitted me perfectly !

Had such an amazing experience with Nona. Took my wedding dress and evening dress in for alterations after feeling a bit low that my dress really didn’t fit and looked different, and after her pinning the dress to fit me and picking it up, it was a total transformation and made me fall in love with the dress all over again. She really knows what she’s talking about and I would recommend to anyone!
