Excellent mail order service, I received my Vespa alarm clock yesterday, well packaged and in a very nice Vespa metal box.

Nice to have done business with you. Where something was unclear, I was helped immediately. Purchase send fast and received well in time.

Ordered a Vespa helmet which was a birthday present , and never received a confirmation email, checked all folders, spam, junk ect still nothing. After a week of nothing and no delivery called them up to be told that they don't actually have it in stock and have had to order it from over seas and will receive it the day I called or the day after and then they would ship it out to me on a next working day and will resend the confirmation email, well cheers for contacting the customer and letting them know that but of corse I had to chase to find that out.But they didn't send the email again and I checked all folders nothing was sent, but then another week and abit later still no helmet when apparently it was coming that day I called or the day after and being sent out to me next day so where is it ? I then have to call and chase again bare in mind they haven't contacted me once since purchasing to let me know they didn't have it in stock or that they have it.They haven't sent it out like they said they would on the phone to me, anyways I'm back to calling them, Im having to chase again and now I'm really not happy with the whole situation when I get through to somebody they say that there system was down and they would call me back in 15 minutes.Well a hour and a half later still no call back on my purchase so I call again and explained everything that's happened yet the system is back up and running and No ones bothered to call me back like they said they would so I have to take another break at work to chase and all I get is a petty sorry but this can happen our website states we don't hold everything we have as stock on the website we do have to order stuff in aswell, which I thought was bull when I was told a week before hand it's gonna be on a next day deliverie and then a email finally come through after I put the phone down surprisingly and the email then is telling me the helmets been dispatched but I have to wait a further 5 more days as it's now a bank holiday weekend.when I was told it was coming to me on next day basically 2 weeks before I'm suppose to get it.shambles of a company and bad customer service. Won't be using again. I could have ordered it straight from the Vespa website from Italy and would have received it way before now and I still don't have it.

Know exactly what they’re doing, and know their stuff. Had to wait for the helmet to come from over seas, which was totally not a problem (good things come to those who wait) Helmet arrived in perfect condition! absolutely love it! Thank you so much for all of you help!!!!

Bought a new vespa px125 from this company(scooter crazy) due to the lack of pdi it had problems from the start .I had to wait weeks to sort out , I had the scooter less than 24 hours before being picked up and transported to local dealer ,who informed me due to lack of pdi it should never have been sent out in this condition. Rejected this scooter with scooter crazy and after 4 week and costing me money (solicitors costs) received a refund . never again

It would be hard to better the service from this company; I wrote with a problem about a scooter leg cover I had purchased over a year ago and they not only sorted it out with the manufacturer for me but arranged for a new one to be sent to me FOC. I can't fault their service. 5*all round

As a newbie to scootering, after 20odd years of being on 4 wheels rather than 2, very helpful and knowledgeable. I may be doing a a scooter run later this year to Europe and was able to learn much about the best kit to get and what to take. A far more experienced scooterist was in at the same and he highly rated the shop and their experience. Clearly good for the experienced and newcomer. A good range of scooters and kit was on display. I will be back!

Online service pretty poor and delivery slow. The shop may be great??!

Bought my first scooter from here, excellent and friendly service, also very knowledgeable about the products and a nice selection. Even stayed open an hour after closing when I was running late to let me pick up my bike. Would recommend to anyone looking for scooters and accessories.
