Always friendly and helpful staffs, wonderful huge bargains on one of the best quality silverware. During the lock down check the opening time, I think they open on Mon, Tue and Friday. You can place order via phone. Highly recommend.

I won second prize in their raffle and was delighted to receive £50 in tokens. I used them towards a canteen of cutlery, the service was exemplary and the store is a joy to visit.

Decent size store but the discount wasnt that good. I found the salad serving set cheaper online than in the store.Only good deal was probably the Clive Christian set.

Got a really nice everyday cutlery set for a good price. The ladies in the shop were lovely and very helpful. A big bonus that the loos are very clean and nice smelling. I did struggle with the stairs though so no accessible entrance.

Went in this morning to get replacement teaspoons, the lady behind the counter was very helpful, would highly recommend them and will continue to use in the future

Love the quality and good value. Had been a few times now and they hold lot of sales thru out the year. They have lot to suit all budgets.Parking free. A flight of stairs to the shop

Extremely good service. Bev was helpful polite and professional, we came away with a lovely canteen of cutlery. We will definitely be visiting again.
