What a fantastic company , Sharon and her husband are excellent. They have given me so much information and have helped me along the way . Don't come across people like this often. Advised on all proper chemicals and best/safe way to use them . If you are looking at buying a hot tub I strongly advise use these guys . 5* service all the way . Thank you all so much

From start to finish the level of customer service has been top notch! We recently bought a Tuff Spa from Exterea and I’d recommend them if anyone is looking to get one! Sharon was amazing all the way through showing what customer service is really all about. Sandy, her husband, and their son delivered the hot tub and were brilliant also, explaining how everything worked in an easily understandable way. I really can’t recommend them enough :D

Really pleased with our new hot tub. Bought as an upgrade from our inflatable one which we enjoyed for a year or two. You’ll really notice the difference investing in a proper tub.The team at Exterea are really helpful, delivering when agreed and on hand to provide advice on cleaning and chemicals to balance it. Also reassuring that they are not too far away if there ever are any issues.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, very informative, quick delivery, very friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Was given a lovely welcome pack with my tub and Sharon was available any time if the day for advice on getting set up, sandy and his son Thomas were brilliant setting up the tub, making sure it was delivered safely, filled correctly any everything was as it should be before they left, cleared all the rubbish and explained the chemicals while also providing a clear guide typed and laminated by Sharon to follow to make sure I'm not getting it wrong. Could not fault them one bit and have been enjoying my new hot tub. Thanks so much Exterea. Very professional company

Amazing service from start to finish. I had a fault with my hot tub and Sandy has done everything to fix the issue- not giving up even when it got frustrating trying to find the problem. Nothing was a bother and I would use them again any time. Highly recommended- if I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

We had a fantastic experience buying our hot tub from Exterea. Sharon in the showroom was so friendly, informative and helpful with nothing being too much trouble.On installation date the team did a brilliant job headed by Sandy. He talked us through everything and answered all our questions. We were blown away by the very knowledgeable and informative service. No hard sales either which we loved.Would thoroughly recommend!

Highly recommend this family run business. Sharon expertly talked us through the hot tub range and how her products differed to those we'd find elsewhere. No sales pressure, just good honest advice. Install was well managed and Sharon and Sandy talked us through all we needed to know with the offer of personal assistance with any later questions. We had our 1st dip the other night, a relaxing soak under the stars (with a small refreshment of course).Heaven!!If you're thinking of purchasing, I'd recommend checking these guys out.

Absolutely amazing service from Sharon today. She went out of her way to help us with a fault with our hot tub even tho it was from someone else.Had a lovely chat and will defo be back to buy the sauna.No pushy pressure to buy which you don't get from many companies these daysWe will recommend then to anyone asking about hot tubs saunas log cabins garden rooms there products are endless

We were delighted to take delivery of our new hot tub yesterday. Sharon was in contact with us throughout the order time, keeping us up-to-date with progress.Sandy and his team were great. It was touch and go as to whether we could get the tub round the house as space is very tight. Over the years we’ve asked other hot tub stockists and all said it couldn’t be done so when we happened upon Exterea and Sandy said he could do it, we were delighted.He had scaffolding put in place and although it was tight, it’s now in situ and we are loving it!Sharon has given us a laminated instruction list and their son Stuart went through all the technical details re chemicals etc so hoping it’s not too difficult!I have no hesitation in recommending Exterea and I know if I have any queries, Sandy and Sharon will be there to help.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I adore my log cabin & Sandy & the boys worked nonstop until it was completed. Sharon was fab, keeping me posted about everything. Cannot fault anything, highly recommended.Thanks guys xx
