Oakley Commercial worked well for us. Leigh Doherty found us a good number of potential tenants including the one we eventually accepted. I have used Oakley Commercial twice now to secure leases for two of my shops. My experience in both cases was very positive. Both agents - most recently Ben Pettett - were impartial, professional and thorough. They really know their stuff and worked hard to ensure completion. Oakleys Commercial's Ben provided me with an excellent new tenant on a 10 year lease who wanted to move in before the outgoing lot had even departed! With virtually no relief on business rates as one of Labours last business friendly acts ha ha before they left office this was excellent service going above and beyond...etc. Hence 5 stars.
