I can not rate Martin and his team high enough. Fantastic service, sorted out absolutely everything without any hesitation and would 100% recommend friends and family to pay them a visit and I myself, will continue to use them going forward.

Staff were friendly and helpful whilst at the same time allowing you to inspect the vehicles in you own time without pressure. It felt like a family business that weren't after your money, just customer satisfaction.I recently purchased a Golf GTD; it was in excellent condition and not a single thing at fault with it. Saw the vehicle a couple of times, took it for a test drive and put a deposit down to secure the vehicle. The whole process was simple and as previously stated, the staff were only interested in guiding me to a choice that was best for me.Part exchanging my car was a simple process that didn't take long and the whole process was painless.The company is AA warranty approved so I paid a little extra for a full check and 12 months warranty; which there was no need as nothing was flagged and the car was in perfect condition.I can't thank the staff enough, highly recommended. Would happily buy from here again when I need another vehicle.Review; as also seen on Autotrader where I first inspected the vehicle.

In the end I didn't purchase a vehicle from AllRoad, but Kyle and Martin were extremely helpful and flexible, being willing to hold and MOT the car I was interested in so that it would be ready to drive away once I test drove it, but with it being no problem if I decided not to go ahead after doing so. No pressure to buy, just a willingness to help out the prospective customer, excellent.
