What a beautiful remote private wild camping experience- fantastic amenities and LOADS of space- I highly recommend this as a campsite for those who want privacy and to be immersed in nature but with very good composting loo and excellent wet-room like hot clean showers.We absolutely loved it and will definitely book again.

Wild Woodland Retreat
My partner and I stayed in the Valley Hut for a week and it was absolutely perfect. The views were beautiful, with lovely picturesque walks along the valley and into the village.The hut itself was so comfortable and cosy, stocked with everything we needed, and Hannah was the perfect attentive host who really paid attention to every little detail to ensure our stay was comfortable. We loved the fresh eggs from the farm’s chickens, and the local milk that was provided in the fridge. The bed was so comfy, we both enjoyed amazing sleep and woke to the sounds of birdsong every morning.We could have stayed in the hut for months. We didn’t want to go home, but we will be back!Alice & Nic

Wild Woodland Retreat
We stayed a good week last July. Half in the Star gazing tent and half in Shepherd hut as it was booked for the start of our week holiday. Me and my wife had a wonderful time . Great opportunities to relax and gaze at bird of prey and deer . Cooking and washing was easy and made delicious with great choice of local and delicious supply. Great barbecue and wood fire pit for evening gather. Swedish like toilet was near enough and not disturbing. When we stayed in the star gazing tent a clean hot shower and good pressure was just a short walk away . In the shepherd 's hut the shower is inside the small but convenient toilet and shower room. The only thing that bothered us was mosquitoes and horseflies in the shepherd hut. We will bring a mosquito net next time.

Absolutely loved our stay, would highly recommend!We stayed here in our tent with our two dogs. Hannah and Mark are super friendly, really accommodating (one of our dogs is difficult with new people) and were on hand for any help or advice that we required.The surroundings are beautiful. Plenty of walks and amazing views. Such a peaceful place.We will definitely be returning and staying for longer next time!

We stayed in the woodland hut with our 2 dogs. Perfect, magical location, beautiful walks/runs from the doorstep. Hannah has put so much thought and care into the huts to make them comfortable with everything you could oossibly need for a peaceful, romantic, adventurous break away.

We've had an amazing time here. Hannah is super kind, the location is beautiful, it is super private.. We loved it. We'll definately go back one day.
