Wonderful veterinary clinic! Henry was very kind and gentle with our cat and gave us ample time to discuss multiple concerns during the same consultation. Highly recommend this vet!One thing to note is that there might be some wait time before you can see the vet even if you’ve booked an appointment beforehand, so do plan accordingly.

Top Cat is an amazing cat specialist veterinary surgery. They treated me and my cat Molly with such respect and kindness at the end of her life. They have chipped and neutered all 3 of my rescues, I will always recommend this surgery for cats in Brighton, East Sussex.

Very polite but extremely unhelpful and irresponsible.Booked and confirmed 4 times a home appointment, even with the vet personally, for a fit to flight and health certificates - the vet never showed up.When I called they acted as if they were begrudgingly doing us a favor by accommodating an unexpected home visit"

This is such a good veterinary practice. They were recommended to us and we would also recommend without hesitation. Our guinea pig had all sorts of health problems and on each visit they saw us quickly, were kind, thorough and reasonably priced. They had a really good level of expertise of small animals.

Good vet practice for cats and guinea pigs. Knowlegable and reasonably priced. Very nice staff members. The two vets I met so far were very experienced and kind. I would recommend this place.

Top Cat Veterinary Centre
Our two cats have been looked after fabulously by Top Cat. From routine vaccines to emergency appointments, they are brilliant. The vets, vet nurses and reception staff are all so friendly and caring. The waiting room environment is peaceful with just cats and small animals. Would definitely recommend.
