A wonderful shop with people who genuinely care about the client and the product sold. I had x3 bespoke pieces made and each one was as made to perfection, and critically, the team really listened to the brief and then gave options and delivered exactly as agreed. We purchased our engagement and wedding rings from McCaul & their service throughout has been absolutely amazing. We love their distinctive and alternative designs and are incredibly happy with our purchases. The aftercare is also fantastic. They even offered to clean and restore our engagement ring free of charge before the wedding!

I cannot recommend McCauls Goldsmiths enough. I couldn’t get into London and Sarah worked with me via email to design me my dream ring. The attention to detail is exceptional and the ring is exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back in the future.

Service at its best ! Whilst in the USA I mislaid a ring originally purchased in 2008 and even though I was 000s of miles away and provided little or no info, Sarah at McCaul went the extra mile..traced all the details, size, engraving, style etc and within a short time I had a wonderfully packaged exact replacement couriered to me ! Their service and customer care exceeded my expectations. Sarah did a great job and kept me updated by regular emails and I could not be more happy !I fully recommend McCaul Goldsmiths and I will definitely be back to their showroom in London Exmouth Market for more !

Loved our experience with McCaul and now I love the ring. Probably one of the easiest and most relaxed appointments I’ve had experienced, got lucky and chose already available ring. The ring is interesting and contemporary yet still very classic, truly unique design and color combination. The cognac diamond is beyond words beautiful. After this experience I defined plan on purchasing more jewellery form McCaul in the future.

We got our wedding rings from McCaul-Goldsmiths and we couldn't be happier with them. We wanted something a bit different from the norm - elegant but also a bit funky and they 100% delivered. My husband's ring was 'off the shelf' and mine was custom made to match my engagement ring and they created something unique and perfect for me. The staff have been so helpful and patient with us as we chose the rings and got the size right, and the customer service has been excellent. We are very much looking forward to wearing our rings.
