Original Style Tile Showroom - Marsh Mills, Plymouth

From the minute I walked into the Plymouth branch the staff could not be more helpful. I was pointed towards Chris for help as he had the expertise in original victorian tiled flooring. So much good advice throughout my whole purchase. I felt that confident I didn't need to go away & think about it I ordered straight away. I was even given business cards to help with finding good tilers which turned our to be amazing. Tiles were in the store within a few days & held in storage until my tilers collected. I recommend anyone to use this company & will definitely be using in the future. A big job made easy by great knowledgeable staff.

Finally a showroom that employees are polite, friendly and more important knowledgeable! They stock a great selection of tiles, they always have some oytlet sale of tiles that are low on stock so you can find some great deals. So impressed with all 3 employees i met there.

I don't usually write reviews but my experience with this Company has been exceptional. Having looked at around 5 tile showrooms in Plymouth, this one stood out by a mile. The team kept in touch informing me of potential suitable arrivals, but with no pressure to buy. Eventually after much searching, nothing matched the quality of the tile I originally saw so I went back. What really impressed me was the going the extra mile to be helpful in terms of colour match, samples (Caitlin), delivery planning/updates, all staff seemed informed of the order no matter who or when I spoke to them (so unusual to find this!) I was then given information on primers/grout etc, I'll be honest I thought B&Q would be cheaper but that wasn't the case. So once again the same standard of excellent service was delivered by Chris and his team. Many thanks from a very happy customer. I'll definitely be back when we do the bathroom!!

I was welcomed very quickly when I walked in but left to browse at my own leisure. The showroom is presented very well and is well organised and tidy. When I had questions, they were handled by a knowledgeable staff member (who's name I didn't catch) who gave me confidence in the product. I will be returning to purchase from Original Style.

I actually used Original Style several months ago and kept meaning to post. We restored an original Victorian front path which was not the easiest to define yet the sales team were beyond patient and professional. Tiles of a high quality, path looks great and each and every remaining tile refunded. Don’t look anywhere else

The tiles here are beautiful. The living range is so lovely it is hard to choose. The best thing about original style is the staff. Excellent customer service, really friendly. I had a nightmare with my utility abs they were so helpful. Cannot recommended this place enough.

If there is an award for the best tile centre EVER … then these guys deserve it … My husband and I have just brought our forever home in Plymouth, and wanted desperately to put our own mark on the house, so visited this tile centre and was blown away by the following things :-1) the exceptionally beautiful range of tiles2) customer care is nothing like I’ve experienced in any shop I’ve ever visited3) the staff literally bend over backwards to help, I have never met such friendly, happy, considerate people all under 1 roof.4) the staff worked out everything I needed, from sqft of tiles, adhesive, grout, edgers, spacers, tile cutters, literally everything.5) I have had to order extra tiles and they came in really quickly, they called me as soon as they were off the lorry.6) Without knowing I’m disabled, they brought everything out to the car and helped me pack my boot up, do all the tiles etc. we’re safe and sound.7) I have had to revisit around 5+ times to get more tiles and other bits and bobs, and every single time has been such a positive experience.I literally want to tile my new home floor to ceiling, just so I can keep on experiencing this amazing customer service. I’ve still got a few rooms left to go, floors and walls, and I’m delighted I found Original Tiles and literally can’t recommend them enough..10-10 isn’t enough, 5 stars ⭐️ isn’t enough. If you live in Devon, it’s worth the drive, for me it’s 10 minutes up the road, but I’d drive for hours for this phenomenal experience and their mind blowing tile range. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you to everyone at Original Tiles of Plymouth, you’ve been truly amazing, and can’t wait to come back soon to start our next room project.
