DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS!I had to return 2 air extractors (210€ +14€ courier) to these guys as they didn't fit to my ceiling. Sent it back by DPD, the same courier service used by them. Once delivery was confirmed I contacted them and been asked to provide POD (photo evidence) that the package was delivered. I have never heard of such POD and obviously no one ever took a pic of me with package so these guys can't prove they've sent me the package at first place.I rang DPD and they have provided the signature and delivery geoloction tag.Sent the same to ideas4lighting and had another excuse that the signature is the store (hell knows what does it mean). Attaching the proof.UPD: DPD DEPOT confirmed it was delivered in batch and there is no way they don't have itUPD: Same company as ideas4lighting ... terrible service!

The best lighting shop in Newry. So many lighting products. Great homeware section. Excellent customer service with exceptional product knowledge! If you cant find something in the showroom that you are looking they go above any beyond to order it. New website is also a great job!

Clanrye Lighting and electric is the parent company of Ideas4lighting. An embarrassing excuse for a business:PLEASE READ!!! This company has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. DO NOT do business with them. Just look at the other reviews!I tried to return my lights but they got returned to me due to some customs mistake. I re-shipped the package with no changes at all and Ideas4lighting received it a few days late due to the mishap. A reputable company would consider the details here and honor the refund but not these guys. They cling on to their technicality for dear life. Meanwhile I'm out the initial $465 cost of the lights plus the $125 shipping charges. Imagine the pettiness of a company that refuses to budge on this issue. There are too many good honest suppliers out there to waste your time and money on this ridiculous company. Look elsewhere.

Great shopping experience and expertise from the staff helped us pick out an Ivory White Chandelier for our living room. It was our first time light shopping and the staff made it so easy for us to make an informed decision even pointing us in the direction of an electrician to install it. I was surprised at the range of home ware in Clanrye's showroom also purchasing a few picture frames and some candle stands.

Fantastic lighting shop with a wide range of chandeliers, lamps, mirrors and giftware. If you can't find what your looking for in store, they also have an extensive range of items that can be ordered online. Definitely worth a visit.

Generous giving two stars for the selection of lights, would rather give one due to customer serviceChosen five light fittings the day we went to the shop with no help offered from anyone, when we tried to ask someone to box them up they were on the phone. Waited over 10minutes for them to finish call, which is completely fine and we didn't mind, but seen us standing at the desk walked away and on the way back to us the phone rang again and was picked up, after another 10 minutes listening to the description of how to fit a spotlight we left the store and will take our business elsewhereWent out of our way to support local during this hard time, but sadly not this time
