Berrycourt Kennels & Cattery

Berrycourt looked after my 2 cats when I was moving house. I wasn’t sure on how long they may have to be in for but Margaret was so accommodating she made it so easy for as I was so worried about leaving them in there for so long. She looked after them so well and I think they will miss seeing her everyday now, couldn’t thank you enough. Will definitely be coming back again if we ever go away again. Thank you so much.

Ruby is so well looked after everytime we come. Margaret is so friendly. Very reasonably priced. Thank you for looking after our much loved dog whilst we pop away every few weeks in the summer!

Coco and Ruby spent 8 days there and were well cared for. Margaret is a very caring lady and the dogs loved her. The kennels are rather old and dark but did have aircon, which was a bonus as it was very hot that week. The digs came home clean and happy. The prices are very competitive too.

Bently came to stay here for a few days. Absolutely loved it. Mick and Margaret take pride in looking after the pets in their care. The kennels are the perfect size and the outside runs are perfect to tire out any size dog. Bently didn't want to leave. Will definitely be bringing bently and our cat to stay again.Thank you.

My cat is always so well looked after when he stays here and the only place he has stayed where he has not come back half his size.Nicest staff ever and always ensure everything is in order.

Sadly let down on the very day of booking with no notification.I was left rallying around trying to sort alternative accommodation for my pet. Luckily after several phone calls, help was on hand otherwise my birthday trip would have to have been cancelled. I had a rather stressful morning and was late getting to my destination which wasn't good - due to plans that had been made for me, but at least I eventually got there!I later found out by somebody else that the owner Margaret had been poorly which was very unfortunate and I did sympathise, after all nobody likes being ill. However as a business I would have expected a phone call to apologise about the inconvenience, but unfortunately no contact was ever made which I found very disappointing.

Margaret loves my dogs, and they love to see her. Kennels are spotless, lots of opportunity to excerise and I know they are fed the meals that I provide.

A perfect place to leave your cat or dog when on holiday. The owner is very conscientious and friendly. Highly recommended.

Mick and Margaret are wonderful. They took my 3 babies at last minute. They had never been away from me. But my goodness they had a fab time. Both Mick and Margaret reassured me all the time. Got a lovely call from Mick saying about pictures he had taken and for me to have a look. I don't think they wanted to come home they loved it. They have sulked all afternoon since they got back. Missing Mick and Margaret already. I would recommend these wonderful people who looked after and cared for my dogs you can tell they love the pets. I shall be booking again and whenever I go away. Highly recommend! Lovely lady - takes great care looking after your pets whilst you are away! Would happily take my dog backs.
